At Easy Perms, we believe candidates deserve to know what they can expect to earn before applying for a position. For this reason, we only accept vacancies where employers are willing to advertise a salary or salary range.

We understand that salaries can sometimes be negotiable depending on experience and suitability. That's absolutely fine. However, we must have a realistic starting salary and an indication of the upper salary limit. Unfortunately, we cannot recruit for businesses unwilling to disclose an advertised salary.

Transparency benefits everyone. It attracts suitable candidates, manages expectations and prevents unnecessary time being wasted for both employers and applicants.
